My elderly cat has been under the care of Chaparral vet clinic for the past 2 years. During that time I have found all staff to be very caring, helpful, thoughtful & kind, to both me & Tokyo! I truly appreciate this, as well as their knowledge & expertise.
I was there last week with my cat, and I highly recommend Dr. Fayyhad and his amazing team. He was very patient, kind, and really took the time to listen to my concerns. Thanks to his care and treatment, my cat is feeling so much better now after having a stomach problem. The clinic was very clean, and everyone on the team was so friendly and welcoming. I truly appreciate all of their kindness and excellent care.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about this clinic! Their prices are great, and the staff is amazing. With the combination of a muzzle and the "chill protocol" medications they recommended, they’re able to work with my stressed pup in a way that is both safe and as low-stress as possible. It’s such a relief to have a clinic that truly knows how to care for dogs with special handling needs. We’re extremely grateful for their professionalism and compassion.
I love the Chaparral Veterinary Clinic because there are educated specialists, kind and carring staff. They always call and ask how the pet is feeling. Thank you for your help, attention and kindness.
I wish the old owners were still there. I needed to get a quote for some teeth cleaning and four teeth removed. They wanted to charge me $120 for a quote. That is absolutely ridiculous. Quotes should be free. The old owners wouldn’t have charged for a quote. I would not do business with this place.
