I always had great experience with my regular hygienist, until I had to go with a different hygienist due to my work schedule. Very bad experience with the new hygienist, which caused my gum to bleed. I don't smoke, eat lots of sugar, and floss frequently. Healthy teeth, as I was told consistently, and never had issue with gums. I didn't go through the whole procedure. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Chaparral Valley Dental. I intentionally booked a scaling-only appointment for my 8-year-old son because I knew we did not have coverage for any additional services for a few more months. When we arrived, I was told he would also be seeing the dentist. I clearly explained that I had booked the appointment for scaling only and that we did not currently have coverage for anything beyond that.
