I highly recommend Chaparral Valley Dental, especially Dr. Murai, Susana George(hygienist), and Aliona, the assistant who also speaks Russian. Dr. Murai is an excellent and experienced dentist — he does perfect fillings and handles even difficult extractions quickly, carefully, and confidently. Susana provides gentle, thorough cleanings and listens to patients’ needs, also receptionists very good. The whole team is professional, friendly, and very helpful.
I had a very positive experience with the dentist and hygienist—professional, skilled, and caring. However, the front desk team left a lot to be desired. After my appointment, they ran my insurance without providing any updates or acknowledgment, and then directly charged my credit card without my consent—even though the insurance coverage was unsatisfactory.
