I have never felt so belittled ever over a tire!! My friend and I both called prior to me driving out there and were both told yes my size used tire was in stock. I drive out there and the tire guy in the shop comes out and asks how he could help, I said I need a tire, he was very condescending and asked if my bumper ripped off when my tire blew, I was already upset about my car so I ignored the question. over the weekend i kept having to put air in my tire and then it came to be every 6 hours i had to put air cause it kept going close to flat and so yesterday i took it to chaparral and they said NOTHING was wrong with my tire and that they couldnt see anything in it, so this morning i had to put air and then at lunch time i had to put air, so i took my car to Chavez Tire off of rankin hwy and they found a nail in my tire. I was so mad i felt dumb for even taking my car to chaparral and i will never go there again to be lied ... read more

On July 27, 2007 I purchased four used tires from this location in Midland. Supposedly these tire were safe and they did have lots of trend, the Owner knew I would be driving on these tires to the state of Tenn. With my whole family on August 10th after arriving in TN I noticed a crack in the back tire and after walking around the truck, 3 out of the 4 are cracked on the sidewall. I headed to the closet tire store which was Wal-mart they had replace all 4 tires because they were dry rotted. I called Chaparral when I recd the... read more

I once sold a Jeep to a friend of mine. I had lost the key required to remove some of the lugnuts on the tires and since that makes changing a tire or brake pads impossible, I promised him Id take care of that.We went to EVERY tire place in Midland before going to Chaparral and they all said they couldnt help us. Not only did Chaparral Tires help us, they replaced those lugnuts quickly and he hasnt had trouble with the tires since.
