I own a home in this neighborhood, starting with sales and Eric (foreman) everything was great no issues whatsoever, I’m surprised that even HOA is not bad at all. Emily always answers when we have an issue with the warranty and it’s gets fixed quick. So far so good for our 6th month here and we hope it stays like this

Good luck getting them to call you back. I edit to 1 star, I have purchased two homes and each time was a terrible experience with the sales team. The second time the home was not complete at the time of close and still has outstanding issues. The first home I had to pay someone to fix the brand new water heater as it was wired wrong. The builder is an extremely poorly managed company. Paul Zetah, runs sales like a used car lot, please be very cautious should you chose to deal with this poorly ran organization.
