I purchased two tires and one was shipped. Their order status said the order was complete. After several days of calls and emails they admitted the other tire is on backorder. We went through the dance of cancelling the order and selecting a different tire and when it was received, it was manufactured in 2013. No one should sell a tire more than 5 years old - especially when stored in the desert. Their customer service is terrible. They apologize nicely but do nothing to solve the underlying problems. Never ordering from this company again, I had the worst experience. I ordered a helmet that was discontinued, but they had 1 left in stock online that was my size, which was great, cause I couldn't find it in a medium anywhere else. I was so excited, because I really liked this helmet and wanted it for my upcoming MSF course. Don’t buy from Chaparral motorsports I was sent 3 tyre guider and 1 road guider tires. I called the sales rep. From Chaparral Motorsport in charge of Amazon Accts. This guy was useless. Was told the tires were all the same and he could do nothing to help me, he wasn’t going to call the warehouse to make sure I was sent the right tire. So I tried to return all of them. This joker sent me 1 return label for 5 lbs. for 4 tires that weigh 14 lbs each. This went on for weeks, I was sent two different labels for 5lbs. And one la... read more
Worst customer service ever. Wish I could rate them a negative 5 They doubled charge my account, get rude with me on the phone and their reaction is we will give you your money back but you need to suck it up and deal with the fact that we treated you so poorly. Save your money and do business with so one else. They are the worst.
Lied to me, then used my credit card info. I needed a part fast so I gave them my credit card info online, I didn't know they would use it against my wishes. The part was listed in stock but then after I ordered it they said it wasn't in stock. They also said they couldn't process my order.
