Bought a tire and had it installed locally. The tire is defective and after a bunch of hoop-jumping, they are setting up a "refund". Not a replacement, but a refund. Meh, OK. EXCEPT... When I asked who will be responsible for the dealer/shop cost of diagnosing the defective tire and a 2nd installation of a brand new tire - they advised that particular "inconvenience" would be mind.
