The absolute worst. I like the doctor just fine, but the people who answer the phone are horrific. 25 minutes on hold, and they can NEVER get you an appointment when you are sick. What kind of medical group does that? They want you to go to urgent care. Looking for a new doctor because these people are terrible.
I called Doctor Jacoby’s office today because I was stressed about not being able to get a Covid vaccine after I had an appointment for one with my insurance provider and had the backup plan of getting one at a nearby CVS. Receptionist Veronica saved the day. She knows how to deal with a stressed out senior. However, I would advise her not to tell other seniors to call and vent anytime they want.
