Single Fathers be aware of this clinic **** There were 2 people I spoke to today. The first one was very polite and the second one was very rude. This is now the second time I’ve dealt with this rude lady. I have submitted my guardianship order previously to this clinic which they would not acknowledge, I had to get my lawyer to contact the clinic which resulted in legal fees I had incurred for absolutely no reason. No longer a "walk-in" The few times over the years we've used this clinic when unable to get into our family doctor in a timely fashion, the doctors have been truly fantastic. However, heads up that this clinic no longer operates as a walk-in clinic (see a doctor without an appointment) as they are appointment only. I imagine they still see patients without a family doctor, which is why they still advertise as a walk-in, but if you are hoping to see a doctor same-day, this is no longer possible.
Dr Carter and staff are absolutely amazing, I always feel comfortable when I’m there, they actually talk to you rather just take a seat. Always very accommodating when I need them.
