Chill atmosphere and lots of equipment. Very calm with machines and free weights galore. One or two fitness instructors from the college are always on hand to answer questions. If you are into normal workouts where you just want to get the work in, this is the place. I feel comfortable here with a variety of age groups where other gyms seem competitive and "showy."
AVOID AT ALL COSTS, This is not a serious gym and you are not even allowed to walk backwards on a treadmill. AVOID! n
As a full time massage therapy student enrolled in continuing education i think its sad that we are treated like non members of the school. This gym is not worth paying for there is no bands, sports chords, no straight bars. Only good thing is its empty but probably beacuse its barely a step up from planet fitness. Glad they kept denying me entry after i paid for a recurring membership
