Hiring Chaparral Pavers was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! My small backyard became their canvas, and with an artist’s touch, Fernando transformed it into a breathtaking landscape using a mixed media of plants, pavers, panels, lights, stones and boulders. Chaparral Pavers was the perfect choose for us. After seeing the quality work they did on a neighbor’s driveway we felt comfortable calling them about a backyard project. From start to finish they provided high quality workmanship. Fernando oversaw the project, making suggestions and problem solving. He communicated well with us and followed up to make sure we were satisfied with all aspects of the work completed. Thumbs up all around!
What would have been a 5 ⭐️ review ended up as only a 1 due to the way in which we have been treated by both Fernando & Jonathon (who had nothing to do with our project) over our attempts to get a resolution for a problem related to the installation of the pavers up to our home. Very unprofessional & ruined the experience of having all new hardscape & landscape. Aside from these 2 owners, Dillon, the jobsite foreman was outstanding! He's 5 🌟
Jonathan, Fernando and the Chaparral team turned our landscaping from a disaster to a dream come true. From the pondless water feature to the hardwood panels, from the guidance for plant selection at the nursery to the installation of plants, lighting, and app-enabled care, the Chaparral team made our front yard and backyard look beautiful.
The Chaparral Team is great to work with! Collaborating with Fernando was a wonderful experience. He listens to your ideas and what you want and then uses his landscaping design experience and steps it up another notch! I’ve used them in the past and will use them again for my future projects!
