I had a disappointing experience at this pharmacy due to inaccurate and unprofessional service. I was prescribed Emla cream 2.5% (5 g), but was advised by the pharmacist to purchase Zensa, which was incorrectly described as a generic equivalent. After a two-week wait, I was dispensed 2.5 g instead of the prescribed 5 g, and later told that I had agreed to this, which is not true.
