The people at Chaparral are extremely nice and accommodating. They took in my 21 year old 4Runner and gave it an outstanding refresh. After clocking over 300K miles, it’s like having a truck again. I highly recommend them for their work and style!
Super fair prices and great work.
I got some insurance repair work done. The guys inside where nice and professional. If you have an older car that one of the chain places won't work on because of age take it to chaparral. They got my bumper and tow hitch back to looking brand new. I'll probably be back
Tried to call to make an appointment with them to get my car worked on and could never get a hold of anybody. Set on hold for 25 minutes before I hung up.
they do terrible work if i could give negative stars i would in a heartbeat. the manager and the wanna be tough guy that works with him was very rude. lied to my insurance company to get more money out of them have paperwork showing i have a warranty. they will not honor that and also charged me for batteries that fuses and damaged my truck almost beyond repair because they don’t have anyone that knows how to diagnose a problem instead of calling me and giving me time to come down there. they hooked two jumper boxes to it an... read more
