Courtnie was excellent, knowledgeable, and respected personal space. She explained each and every step along the way and was transparent in cost and availability. Strongly recommend!
I took my five year old daughter in to get her ears pierced. Jenny was amazing in getting us all prepped. When the time came, my daughter was having none of it. Jenny validated her feelings, gave us a moment and when my daughter gave me a “hell no” in terms of proceeding, Jenny told us sincerely to have a nice day on our way out. I offered to pay for the rest of the appointment and she told me not to worry about it. We’ll be back when she’s older!
Djenny was phenomenal. She provided wonderful service, was extremely professional, personable, and her work is stunning. I got my first eyebrow piercing with her and she gave me a thorough explanation of the risks, as well as aftercare. Would highly recommend anyone to book a piercing with her. The shop itself is extremely cute and welcoming. Thank you again!🩷
Went with my sister to get piercings for her birthday, and it was a great experience! My sister wanted a navel piercing but unfortunately she did not have the anatomy for it. I'm glad we were told about the risk of scarring and rejection and not encouraged to get something that wouldn't have worked. We ended up both getting earlobe piercings, and Savannah was really nice!
