I took my 5 year old to get her ears pierced for the first time and I highly, highly recommend Chaotic Good. They talked her through each step, were beyond professional and knowledgeable. Their aftercare directions were manageable and detailed. My daughter's ears healed well and they helped us through downsizing her earrings to replacing them for the first time when she was ready. Amazing fast and friendly service! Went in close to closing without an appointment and they were happy to take both me and my dad as walk in piercings! Courtnie was friendly, informative, and efficient. Also they have some free stickers and great amenities in general!
I brought my daughter here to get her ears pierced, she’s 16 with a mild intellectual disability and hard of hearing. Djenny is was INCREDIBLE with her and also knows some sign language. She spoke in a way my daughter could understand her, slower and clear and used sign too. She made the experience fun and easy. Highly recommend going to this shop!
I went in yesterday and had the pleasure of being pierced by Courtnie. I was getting my upper lip repierced and while I initially wanted a tragus I was told I didn’t have the anatomy for it. Courtnie didn’t let that dull the experience and worked diligently to help me settle on an industrial which I am absolutely obsessed with. I had a great experience! I scheduled an appointment and was helped right away. Everyone was friendly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable. The shop is very clean, and I really appreciated that they encouraged me to come back if anything didn’t seem right after my piercing. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers.
