Loved the nice quiet clean gym and new shiny equipment. My Exercise Physiologist Gaelan has helped me with my knee and Osteoporosis.
After struggling with ongoing injuries for years, I am so grateful to be working with Teneal at Chaotic Energy after a friend's referral. Teneal's expert instruction and support has been superb and the atmosphere she has created at the Gym is welcoming and inclusive. It's a pleasure to work out there and I love going to my sessions - the equipment is top notch and I finally feel like I'm gaining strength, flexbility and confidence back. If you're looking for a safe space to regain or optimise your health - this is it.
I have been at Chaotic Energy gym since moving to Perth in July. I have really enjoyed getting back to the gym since my injury and Teneal has been excellent as a trainer to create training plan based on on my personal goals. Can’t recommend Chaotic Energy highly enough. The gym is very inclusive and all patrons are friendly and welcoming. Teneal is warm, knowledgeable, patient and attentive in her approach. Since training with Teneal, I’ve seen huge improvements in my strength, coordination and balance, which has helped my cycling. I look forward to every visit.
