Quick and easy appointment. Checked in to complete paperwork. Snacks and hardware display in the lounge. My starter piercing for a septum was made of hypoallergenic titanium. I have a nickel allergy so having no nickel was important to me and they reassured me. My technician was kind and easy to talk to. They explained what to expect and the aftercare. Just took my daughter there to get her ears pierced. The piercer was super friendly with my daughter and explained everything to her to make it not so scary for her. Studio was very clean and professional. I'm very happy with this establishment. I'll be back for my own new piercings.
