Great gym! Awesome staff and a supportive attmosphere
I wanted a change up in my workouts because I hit a wall and a friend of mine suggested CrossFit. He told me to try chaos so I went it. I was amazed to see the set up of the gym the have everything you need and more. The place was good size and cleaned and had incredible staff. Within a couple of weeks I could easily see improvements in all of my lifts and the staff there still pushing me to do better.
