Horrible customer service, sloppy work, damaged bike save your time money and headaches and do not patronize
Had an accident on 8/10/21. Took my 2020 to Chaos Customs for repair since I had known Tim for years and I'm a big supporter of local business and Indy Shops. Insurance paid out $17k to the shop and the check was deposited in Oct of 21.... I have been told countless times that all parts were ordered and we were waiting on them, only to find that they in fact had not been. See u in court bud all I can say don’t go here if u love your bike bike was tune for a different bike not mine bike ran like shit when I picked it up green mount Harley had too erase everything this guy done he put the wrong map on my bike he done shit that he contract ours to do he uses the guy that know what he’s doing but try too so shit himself and fucks up see u in court

Tim and Lance are extremely knowledgeable and talented motorcycle mechanics. Tim has been working on my bike since before he opened the shop and it's great seeing him turn his love for bikes into a business. I highly recommend Chaos-Customs for all your motorcycle needs.
great guys. great service. I have a Yamaha vstar 950. I had some extensive repairs needed and they didnt take any short cuts when it came to doing the job right. This is my first bike and im new to riding. Its great to know I have a shop to take my bike to and the work will be done right. Their price was more than fair. Ill definitely be back.
The service is great the staff are friendly and know what their doing. they get you in and out Pretty quick. good prices too !
