Dr Chao is a wonderful doctor. The only downside to her office visits is to expect long wait times when you’re there. Other than that, highly recommended.
Dr. Chao is a phenomenal doctor. She knows her stuff and pays close attention to her patients. Extremely satisfied with the care she provides.
I called there to made an appointment ,so the day before I called the office And they said I never made an appointment and then she Says she can't hear me so I hang up and call right back and she goes to lunch. I was counting on seeing this Dr about my kidneys but obviously her staff doesn't care and are incompetent. I am so unsatisfied and if she has a terrible staff like this I guess it reflects on type of doctor she is.
