Dr. Mary Chao has been an excellent PCP for both me and my husband. I have multiple issues that she has successfully helped me navigate. She has also stayed on top of taking great care of my general health needs. She remembers me, my issues and has always shown genuine care and respect. We have recently moved. My husband is choosing to drive over an hour to keep her as his PCP. It is with deep regret, due to my physical limitations, I need a PCP closer to home. I will miss the great healthcare I received from Dr. Chao.
The worst, lacks communication, sympathy, understanding what patients go through, & refuses to listen, plus the office manager like many others is a pathological liar who wants people to bow down to her. The lies that came from her mouth were atrocious. It's a power complex. Dr. & office manager made an elderly patient sign a form that they could not read, nor understand, then used it against that person. So much lying went on.
