Been my doctor since I was a kid for over 30 years. Kind and patient.
We have been going to Dr. Chao for many years as our family physician. He is kind, friendly and courteous. He is a good family doctor and refers us to a specialist when necessary. In addition to in person services he also provides teleconsult services.
Very bad receptionist. 10 still trying to get a prescription filled. Horrible.worst front of staff imaginable. 000000 stars
like I've said before I would rate him a zero if I could. thanks to Dr. Chao and his sarcastic personality that he has going on, my mother could have been diagnosed with something severe since he didn't care to check up carefully because he was "lazy" to do his job that he was trained for years to do, but if the moneys coming that's all that matter right? my sister could also have been diagnosed with brain cancer because of migraines that she has been getting but al Dr. had to say was "take Tylenol" but we had to travel acro... read more
