Never answers the phone or returns ur phone calls I use to go to her and she helped me a lot seems it's gone down hill
This lady is extremely sketchy. She wants only cash payments! What doctor does that? There was a guy that smelt like he just smoked weed and came out with his script anyway. I ended up leaving I want a good doctor not a doctor that hands out scripts no questions as long as u have cash. The doctor herself the way she speaks to her staff I'm surprised anyone will work there.
This doctor only “accepts” cash but she’ll take debit from select people. She does her own billing and let me tell you she SUCKS! She’ll charge you for the same bill 5 times so make sure you always get a receipt! If your appointment is at 10 you won’t get seen until atleast 1 or 2 in the afternoon. Over half the time she’s moody and if she’s not taking it out on you she’s taking it out on her staff screaming like a maniac! Outta of all the doctors office I've been too, Julie Chao actually cares about her patients. I do not go for medications but for other reasons. She is the ONLY doctor I have ever had to actually call me personally at home to check up on me and how I was feeling due to the medication.
