Dr Chao and her staff are outstanding. They care about their patients and listen to them. The cleanings are thorough and efficient. Dr Chao is excellent all around.
We decided to switch to a different dentist after two surprise bills. One bill was a different imaging (and higher price) showed up in the bill than the item on the original service statement printout. The lady in charge of the billing only said my insurance didn't pay enough than their estimate so I need to pay. Later when I found the discrepancy between the original service statement and the bill, the lady said I received both imaging services. I always have a good, positive experience! I love coming here. The staff is extremely knowledgeable. They use the latest technology which is safer and easier for patient and doctor. Dr Chao is so very talented and compassionate. This is a safe, healthy dental practice that I am happy to recommend to my loved ones. I feel very fortunate to have access to this dentist.
