Luis Saga and his team at Chantli home renovations did a great job for my clients that bought a home in Laurelhurst that needs some updating! Luis and Chantli were very communicative and responsive to my clients needs. All the various subcontractors at Chantli really worked hard to meet the very tight deadline for my clients to move in to their new home. With material delays, Covid-19 and other unforeseen challenges, they still managed to complete the extensive remodel on the interior and exterior of the home.

Luis is always driving to meet the client deiser. He pushed his team to create amazing projects, and we built a very strong relationship with the team including contracer. I also appreciate that Salvador is open to my input from an owner's perspective. He also proactively reached out to me to highlight areas of concern with solutions/ options. This has led to a successful collaboration between the team and me to finish the project in time with great quality. Highly Recommended!

Working with Luis and his team was amazing! They completed a complete remodel and redesign of my duplex in Ballard. All of the work was completed professionally and they got the work done much earlier than initially planned.
