I'm so so thrilled with my experience at Chantilly Lace. I visited the Amherstburg location and had the pleasure of working with Chantel. She was patient and kind, accommodating my tight time line and budget - without making me feel stressed! The dress came in a near perfect fit and the alterations we requested from the designer were also perfect. I couldn't have dreamed of a better experience and I will definitely be recommending this to my friends who are also upcoming brides!
From the time I stepped into the store to buying my dress I absolutely loved the experience I had from Chantilly and most importantly Chantel! She took the time to get to know me and my guests, she was so genuine and I loved hearing about her store and the different designers! I didn't know what to expect while shopping for a wedding dress, but what I experienced was truly amazing. I am so thankful for Chantel for going above and beyond for making me feel comfortable and beautiful to buy my dress!
We were there on the weekend and it was an amazing experience! My granddaughter was treated like a princess. So patient, so many suggestions, and thinking of less adjustments. Such a wide selection of gowns. Highly recommend.
