I am extremely disappointed with this shop and the experience we had. My fiancé purchased a large bouquet costing over $130 to bring to my bridal shower. Unfortunately, quite a few of the flowers were already dead and brown, and many of them didn’t even last 24 hours. When we spoke with the manager, he offered to provide us with another mixed flower arrangement. Just got ripped off. Barely any flowers, no prearrangements, spent wayyy too much for a few flowers just to get home to put in a vase and petals falling off ALL OVER THE PLACE. Thanks for dumping your dying flowers on my 93 yr old grandmother's bday. Oh and the chic was super annoying.
Called in ordering a boutique for my mother's birthday (that my brother would be picking up). Specified pinks and whites. Okay'ed orange gerber daises since that is her favorite flower and the only variety they had. Orange, pink and white was what we discussed. Ended up with yellow which I definitely did not want. Dropped by on a whim when I saw they were advertising my wife's favorite flowers. Flowers were beautiful and reasonably priced. The two ladies were very helpful and friendly. The bouquet was very lovely and well put together. Will definitely drop by again in the future for fresh flowers!
I’ve bought flowers at both locations and have always been satisfied. That’s the only reason there are two stars. Today I stopped giving them my business because of how rude the male is that answers the phone in Harleysville. Every other employee has always been polite and helpful. Today was the second time I interacted with him and the second time he was rude. I asked if they are even taking orders or if there are any prepared arrangements (day before Mothers Day).
