Very kind and compassionate ..I think there's always going to be different people everytime to help out and it's probably better to call first than just walk in..if you want things more discreet..dealing with emergency or front desk is abit of a pain .
The nurse practitioner needs to be more sensitive to the feelings of the patients that come to this clinic. Rather than this being a safe space to come and seek help, coming back to the clinic felt as though I was intruding on her time and not welcome to return.
