So I would have given a higher rate if it wasn’t for the fact that I got my forehead burnt during my appointment. It’s unfortunate because my hairstylist was sweet but was easily distracted while holding the HOT Curling iron and burned my forehead leaving a pretty sizable burn. The style it self was alright but not want I wanted because It looked like I had done it myself at home. Mind you I came in for an Updo. I had not had my colour done in 8 months for medical reasons. I wanted to go to a place with a really good reputation so asked some friends and the consensus was to come here. My hairdresser was Cayce C. And she was so kind and patient, helped me find a colour and style that went with my face. I felt very pampered the whole time I was there. It was a great atmosphere and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY HAIR NOW! I will feel so pretty for Christmas. I would really like to thank everyone ( especially Cayce for fitting me in )

I was planning to get a V-style layered haircut since my hair was really long and had no shape at all. My friend Veronica recommended Chantelle Salon and Spa, so I decided to book an appointment. I was assisted by Kaisey (not sure if I spelled it right), and she was amazing! She really took care of me and handled my hair with so much love and attention. I absolutely love my new haircut! It’s not exactly what I had in mind at first, but it turned out even better than I expected and really suits me. Thank you so much, Kaisey!
