This company recently gave my friend a quote for a chandelier cleaning and repair that was 3 times the price of another quote she got from a competing company who had much better reviews and were much friendlier and professional. The owner Alan, who spoke to her over the phone, was rude and conceited. I don't know how he can justify charging such outrageous prices and still think he can be so rude to his customers. We had an issue with a valuable 19th century gilt bronze candelabra and Alan told us exactly what we needed to do. He is not only knowledgeable and professional, but also so willing to be helpful. A prince!
Alan cleaned all of the Chandeliers at my bosses estate. He did a fantastic job and made me look good for using him.
