Fell on the ice Tuesday. Made an appointment for Wednesday morning with extreme pain in my back, could barely walk. Dr was with me for less than 5 minutes. Sent me to get an xray with no directions on how to get there (it wasn't in her office, but down at the hospital). She didn't want to give prescriptions until after the X-ray, which was understandable even given the pain I was in. Promised me a phone call by the next morning but only if the X-rays were read.
