The women at the front desk are awfully rude.
Very happy with my experience today with Dr Ellison-Hodges. She went above & beyond my expectations, spent time with me explaining everything & going over the medications she had prescribed for me & what they do & why. I have high blood pressure & I’ve been getting sinus infections. I haven’t found a doctor I can go to when I’m sick since it’s so hard to get in last minute, so I always end up going to an urgent care or minute clinic, seeing a nurse practitioner & being given the same z-pac & decongestant. Wasn’t a great experience for me. Key points: not very patient centered during appointment, physician bias, high influx of patients so there’s a lack of personalization and staff burnout.
Have had great experiences at this office. The one time Dr. Hodges was running late she was so kind and apologetic about being behind that I could tell she valued my time! She is thorough and knowledgeable with the problems I came to her with.
Worst bedside manner of any doctor I’ve ever come in contact with, furthermore, she has no social etiquette as she does not even make eye contact or introduce herself when seeing a new patient. You’d be better off going to a Third World country than receiving your medical care from this horrific doctor. If I could give her zero stars, I would.
