Do NOT use this service by Chantals Cakes. I have proof of our conversation, agreement, and payments. I even provided the design. She agree and then acknowledges she didn’t see our payment despite notifications from vendor. She did not communicate of her inability to complete the service until days before the event. Entire family is disappointed and sad. No stars.
Chantal created an extraordinary cake for my daughter’s wedding. We had our vision for what we wanted, and she took it from there. She communicated all along the process, and offered pics and sketches to ensure we were all on the same page. Our eyes were opened as to how much labor and care goes into a high quality cake. The cake was not only beautiful, but it was delicious, as well! Thanks, Chantal, for making our special day so sweet!
Chantal has made several cakes for my daughters weddings. Each one was a custom design to meet each daughters unique requests. We were delighted every time and highly recommend her. The cakes were beautiful and delicious!
