I am so upset with this place right now. I was given a different dress from the one I picked out and paid for and I didn't realize until right now, 2 years after being married already! I had always felt like something was off with my dress and it didn't look as nice on me and I couldn't figure out why. Now I know! I am beyond shocked and angry that this mistake happened. Chantal's was the first of three stops in a full day of shopping for my wedding dress. I went into the day thinking the only thing I knew I wanted in a dress was an A-line skirt. Jenna was my consultant and wow am I glad. After dress #4 and listening to my critiques, she said "just trying something for me..." and pulled a fitted dress for me to try on. I had the best experience at Chantal’s Bridal & Formal! My consultant Jenna was absolutely amazing — she really listened to what I was looking for and ended up pulling the dress that I chose! The private appointment was 100% the way to go. It made the day feel so special, and I was able to bring everyone I wanted to share it with. The entire experience was relaxed, personal, and unforgettable. I couldn’t recommend Chantal’s Bridal more! 🤍
Although we did not end up buying our dress at Chantal's, I highly recommend this shop. Katelynn was AMAZING. She was patient, helped my daughter in and out of her dresses and gave her opinion but never too pushy. This was the first shop we went to look at, we left there with two in mind and Katelynn put marked them down for us in her system. We had not seen the dress my daughter ended up getting from another shop at Chantal's, but I am sure if we would have wanted to drive all the way back to Portage, Katelynn would have or... read more
