I had such an amazing experience at Chantal’s with Jenna! She was absolutely fantastic from start to finish and made finding my wedding dress feel so special. She really learned my style and understand what I was looking for, then pulled the most beautiful options that felt so me. Edit: After reading Chantal’s response, I need to clarify that their timeline is not accurate. We are very aware of when the appointment started and when they ended our appointment without telling us, because it was such a shocking experience (we have a photo that shows the time she tried on the final dress). My wedding dress turned out better than I could have ever imagined! Savvy and Iryna were instrumental in ensuring my vision was met. We had the front and back of the dress I chose redesigned partly from the designer and partly in house at Chantal’s. The work that was done to transform the dress from straps to the type of strapless design I wanted was incredible, tedious, and done with such care to make sure it looked stunning from far away and up close. I’m living abroad and joined my sister virtually for her first wedding dress appointment. We had the worst customer service experience here. In the middle of our scheduled appointment, without saying a single word to us, the staff emptied the dressing room and gave it to another bride. No one had the courtesy to explain what was happening or apologize. We were simply ignored. The experience left us in complete shock and disbelief.
