I had the best experience wedding dress shopping at Chantal’s. I worked with Jenna and couldn’t have asked for a better person to work with. Jenna was super knowledgeable, kind, patient, and made the experience a lot of fun. I went to a few other dress stores but came back to Chantal’s because of Jenna’s expertise and also the store’s large selection. Jenna helped me to feel comfortable and confident in my decision by asking all the right questions and reading my body language, and I am so happy with the dress I chose!
I went to 4 stores before purchasing my wedding dress and Chantal's was by far the best experience. Sukhpreet was absolutely phenomenal! She asked so many GOOD questions before I even started browsing to help point me in the right direction and understand my vision, and everything she pulled for me to try on was always close to what I had in mind. My experience was nothing short of perfect, Jenna made me feel so comfortable and listened to all my wants in a dress! She pulled the perfect dresses and I ended up finding the one! She let us take our time and look around, we never felt rushed! She made sure I felt comfortable in all the sizing as well! She truly went above and beyond listening to me and making sure the experience was perfect! I could not recommend her enough! If you are looking for your dress so for Jenna!!!
My mom, nana, auntie, and maid of honour came with me to Chantal’s Bridal in Winnipeg, and we were all blown away. Shelly was hands-down the best bridal consultant I could have asked for. I booked a private after hours appointment at Chantal's. This is my second time at Chantal's, as I came with my friend for her dress in 2023. I was fortunate to have Shelly as my consultant, who also did the previous appointment I attended. Chantal's was incredibly accomodating. We have mobility concerns in the family/wedding party, and they were more than willing to accomodate/let us bring in outside furniture beyond a typical walker. Shelly is excellent at her job.
