Ask for Jenna when you make your appointment!!! She was the most incredible consultant, she is so good at her job and really loves what she does. The dress I fell in love with and picked was one she pulled!
I had the most incredible experience at Chantel's Bridal finding my wedding dress! I worked with Savvy, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was patient, insightful, and truly listened to what I was looking for without making me feel rushed or pressured. Buying a wedding dress is such a big milestone, and Savvy made the whole process feel special and stress-free. I’m so excited to wear my dress this September! If you’re visiting Chantel’s, definitely ask for Savvy.
From the phone calls prior to making appointments to the experience itself Chantal’s was 10/10 professional and kind. Their staff are enthusiastic, knowledgeable and honest woman who had all the brides surrounding me smiling and having fun. Myself, my friend and my sister (the bride) came in this evening (Monday Jan 12) as we had an appointment for us bridesmaids to shop and try on, we had paid a 75$ deposit for this appointment and we’re excited to try Chantal’s as we heard great things about it. I recently bought my graduation dress from here, and it was the most beautiful dress I’ve ever saw. Katelynn was the best help and helped me feel very comfortable and confident while trying on different styles! I was alone at my appointment but her presence made it feel more happier :)
