Chantal's was my third stop for wedding dress shopping, and it was by far the best experience. Jenna was super friendly and made me feel welcomed, and like she truly cared about me finding the perfect dress. I shared reference pictures of what I loved about previous dresses and what was missing from them. Jenna did an awesome job at finding exactly what I was looking for, and I ended up finding the one! Couldn't recommend her more.
Chantal’s is AMAZING! Jenna is the best bridal consultant in the city. Myself and friends have gone here and had the best time and there’s a good variety of sizes! We came for bridesmaid dresses too and Arman was also fantastic!! Excellent service here and the dresses are gorgeous!
We had an AMAZING experience at Chantel’s. We came in looking for a wedding dress and left with a wedding dress! The shop was clean, organized, and had so many options to choose from. The prices of their gowns are also extremely affordable. This was our 3rd shop of the weekend and it did not disappoint. Shelley was confident, kind, funny, welcoming, accepting, and so knowledgable and passionate! She was a wonderful hype woman and all 6 people in our group raved about our experience when we left.
Fantastic service from Jenna.. patient and so helpful..we did jot feel rushed at all..she really went the extra mile.. great selection there and good vibe! Parking in lot or on street. Check it out!
I had an amazing experience at this shop. The dresses are beautiful, but what really made my visit special was the customer service. Armaan went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. She was so patient, kind, and genuinely cared about making sure I felt confident in what I chose. It was honestly one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had.
