Worst experience ever.
It was my good fortune and pleasure to participate in an online therapeutic writing workshop offered by Chantal Wunderlich, LMFT. The writing prompts were thought-provoking, and Chantal’s gentle, encouraging approach made responding to these prompts stress-free and useful. I learned so much from the experience and look forward to doing more therapeutic writing with Chantal!
I’ve been attending Chantai’s writing workshops all through the pandemic and have found them to be both inspiring and therapeutic. Her writing prompts and suggestion to “just keep the pen moving” have encouraged some derp self -reflection and some unexpected writing! Chantal is a gentle and attentive group leader.. She creates a very safe environment and is a great listener!

She also cares deeply about her profession and constantly strives to develop as a therapist by attending specialized trainings and staying current with the field.
