It's a positive experience to visit Chantal, the Shop is very well stocked with very special clothing designs, can't leave without shopping at Chantal Fashion Apparel!
Poor quality and disrespectful staff experience. Today my husband and I came in to the store to exchange a defective sweater with sequin shoulders that I purchased last Fall. It was never worn and there was a large hole in a seam. When I discovered it, I unfortunately just didn't get around to returning it. When the counter girl heard we bought it last season, and were trying to exchange it now, she literally ROLLED HER EYES at us! Then, she offered to sew it herself.
