Dr. Culpepper sent me a certified letter telling me she will no longer see me as a patient she never listened to what i had to say as a patient. I had a large size unknown mass in my neck. The staff in her office was in on a systemic plot to destroy me.I would have explained myself had she listened to me as a patient
