Update: One year later, adding photos, only watering twice a week in 100°+ and it's still very lush. Most drought resistant, "cool-season" grass I've ever had. Original: Tyrell and his team really went above and beyond. There was an issue with some of the first sod. Tyrell came out and did everything to fix it and make it right. These guys were great.
The first 3500 sq ft of sod from these guys came off the truck falling apart and looking like crap. About 1500 sq ft of it looked amazing. I thought the crappy did would green up this spring but it’s not. I’ve fertilized it and everything. First couple of pics are of the crappy sod. Second pics are of the nice stuff. I would go elsewhere.
