I definitely will go to this shop again. The owner and his son helped me when all the other auto body shops in Wailuku wouldn't fix a small problem with my truckThe restroom was clean and I noticed that people were getting the safety checks for their vehicles pretty fast. So you might be able to get a "fast" safety check! ! I had job done through my Insurance Company
I got an estimate here for some minor damage then shortly after totaled my car. Ken called just to check on me, seems to be genuinely good guy.
Ken was so knowledgeable and helpful when I needed my truck repaired after getting T-boned. Chans was way more efficient and cost effective than the other shops I got quotes from and was very familiar with the insurance process. Communication was great, they even cleaned my truck before I picked it up. 10/10 highly recommend.
