All of the Drs and nurses are amazing, and always friendly and welcoming. Some of the new receptionist staff though, not so much. I have been attending this practice for a very long time, the reception staff were always friendly could never fault. With the new receptionists though, they are the reason I now do not look forward to having to go into the clinic for my regular appointments. Very didappointing the customer service quality has dropped so significantly
Thin skinned clinic that can’t handle a lick of criticism. Banning someone from your practice for a negative review is ridiculous.
Booked a phone appointment yesterday for today to get my scan results (needed them urgently for work) Rang up today and.. suprise, the receptionist never actually booked it in. Completely useless front desk. GPs seem okay, but if the receptionists can't handle a basic booking what even is the point? Now I'm stuck in pain, having to explain to work why I still don't have my results or medical certificate. Practice didn't even try to fix it, just "book again" ridiculous
I can’t speak to the doctors or the quality of care provided. However, I’ve heard of multiple instances of rude behaviour from reception staff, and unfortunately I experienced this myself today. I called to follow up on an email I had sent to reception two weeks ago requesting information. While explaining the reason for my call, the receptionist, Lara, just responded with “It would be helpful to start with the person’s name” in a condescending tone.
