I Have used Tom at Channon property maintenance for 4 or 5 jobs now and cannot rate him enough, he is hard working, on time , up front and fair with all prices so you always know where you stand. The latest job that Tom did for me was my late fathers flat clearence. Unfortunately my Dad was a bit of a hoarder and had the equivalent of 3 flats squeezed into one. We had a requirement for a non-straightforward piece of fencing work in the corner of our garden. Tom was more than happy to work on this and to work with me on identifying the best solution. The finished result was exactly what I had hoped for and it was completed to a high standard. Tom knows his stuff and is very conscientious in his work. I have no hesitation in recommending him. Tom laid a base for our new shed, we are so pleased with it and the quality of his work. He kept us updated at all times and even came up with some suggestions when we weren't sure what we wanted as a finish around the edges. Tom and his mate were polite, considerate and left everything neat & tidy. Unlike some others he actually made time to listen to what we wanted. We would have no hesitation in recommending Tom to others.
