I received confirmation once over phone and in person when I went to the appointment that my insurance is accepted. Ended up having to pay amounts way off the estimates provided. The finance team/ front desk's mistake has made my first visit here regrettable because the dentists + hygienists are all skilled! great dentist if your insurance is accepted, but for the same service there are several options in the area better pricing and no surprises
I was very impressed how your staff welcome us.They were very courteous and helpful in feeling forms as I was not aware of all details. Dr Suri quite understood health issues of Chandra patient and made sure to minimize trips for new dentures rather 4 trips he made sure work can be done in two trips 2 and had her staff immediately called the technician for a long duration so it can save us a trip.Also we were able to get second appointment this week only which is very rare in dental world.
