Efficient for taxes. Great communicators.
After 7 years of using them for my TAX return, it got harder and harder to talk to Ron Channels, never returning calls in the past 2 years. He wanted to charge me 250$ for two sentences on a letter that described the service they provided it me, this was the last drop. I needed this letter for a loan. $250 for 20 words... Thanks Kory for your better service, but everyone else is about how much they can squeeze from you. Find someone else, cause they will change with time.
