Have been a blue handle fan for decades. 18 months ago, I purchased this ratcheting screw driver to keep in my truck. I own 2 small marinas and a boat rental company in Northern Indiana. It's so handy for emergency service calls. The #2 Phillips bit came up mixing a few months back. Called CS today to see if I could purchase a replacement bit. Love channellock tools, very dependable and American made. Have many pairs if pliers that I use very often, used to use them daily as a handyman but now I use them in the garage all of the time
Tip of Screw Driver bit broke, they will not send a replacement bit. Disappointed, look elsewhere for tools
The customer service here is immaculate. Super nice and honor their warranty. the tools they have is top quality. Ive had some of these tools for years. And can say they work great. Plumber here 👍
