One star because Carson went out of his way to not help, first I was told my tow was covered from Ventura to Oxnard, then they called back and said it's not covered so I agreed to the 1000 tow price to Channel Islands Boatyard but Carson called Bryan from the boatyard and they wouldnt let me bring it. Also called my marina so i couldnt put it back on my slip leaving me stranded. Heard Carson is a meddler from various people, he will help if he feels like it. Carson and his team did an outstanding job taking care of our issue which was a large dead Gray Whale that went ashore on our local beach. The speed, expertise and professionalism of the crew was outstanding. I highly recommend them to anyone needing marine towing services.
