Nice kayaks and the service was great- launching of the deck and getting back on was appreciated!! We will return again to kayak in the Oxnard harbor!

I had made a reservation for 2 single kayaks to visit Santa Cruz Island in the National park. Unfortunately, the lack of communication between Island Packers and Channel Islands Kayak Center about the boat departure times meant we were unable to make our trip. We arrived an hour early as instructed, only to find that the kayak center was not open and that is was too late to load any kayaks on board. I attempted to call the kayak center with no answer. I rented a double kayak here for my nephew and I earlier this week and it was a great experience. William was so kind and helpful with everything, including getting us in the kayak and getting out. And I don’t know about you but getting in or out of a kayak is never really that easy so having help with that part made our experience so much better! We had a great time out on the water and we will be back! Thank you so much!

I had rent kayaks here so many times super friendly staff and amazing prices for the rentals amazing place to kayak with the kids ,family friends !! Loved it !
