I had a very disappointing experience with this venue. The owner was unprofessional and difficult to communicate with. Once the deposit was paid, she insisted on only communicating via email and refused to take calls or texts. The environment was uncomfortable for many of our guests. She had a bodyguard present, took photos of guests without their permission, and generally made people feel unwelcome. Disappointed with the way things were handled leading up to and during our engagement event. Key details that had been verbally agreed upon such as entry time for setup and prayer were changed shortly before the event. This caused confusion for our guests, some of whom were turned away by security until they were allowed in later. Just days before the event, we were asked to pay an extra $650 to connect a laptop to the boat’s sound system a cost that was never clearly communicated earlier. The cruise was a wonderful Christmas event for our church. The crew worked hard to take care of our needs
We had such a great time on Sunday night, date night, cruising on the Scarlett Belle.. from the staff to the decorations to the food to the karaoke, everything was amazing! The Photo Booth was fun too. We couldn’t have asked for better weather. It was a perfect evening out! Thank you Andy and Michele for an amazing evening! Tania and Steve LaBellarti
