Our pets are always treated with dignity, kindness, and professionalism. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, explaining things clearly. The following up is also appreciated. My personal are in good hands.
I took my 14 year old 30kg lab here looking for pain medication as palliative care as I had used all the ones from nsw where I had just moved from. I had absolutely no money. My dog had bone cancer. I knew I was dealing with the end of his life. So did the vets. And instead of helping me with pain management they offered me surgery for $7,000 and told me I might get 3 more good years out of him. 3 years?.. 14 year old- 30kg lab. Up until recently was very happy with this practice. Adopted girl had a very minor eye issue..tiny tube of ointment dispensed 10 minute consultation mostly with vet nurse $187. Identical minor issue recurred soon after....request for repeat prescription denied. Told to bring her in again...no doubt another huge fee. Going elsewhere. So is everyone I know who used this practice apparently.

I know it isn’t easy treating Rocky with his fear aggression and I am so grateful for how amazing you were with him. By far the most pleasant vet experience me and Rocky have both had since i adopted him. All staff were kind and caring and I will highly recommend you as a clinic 🫶 He isn’t too impressed with his bright pink cone I got him though..
