I had a bad experience with them. I took them some gears I needed for a mini excavator. First, I asked for 6 gears and they gave me one price. Then, when I only wanted 4, they raised the price. At 40 percent, they gave me a date to deliver the parts, and they took much longer than agreed. Finally, I went to pick them up and pay the difference I owed. Rick overcharged me beyond the quoted price and refused to return the extra money. This is not acceptable business behavior. I expected transparency and fairness from this company, but this experience was disappointing
