Very unprofessional service! We took our car in to have the faulty A/C unit examined. We were given a quote and told that they couldn't do the work for a month. We booked in the repair and a few days before the date we rang to check that the parts had been arrived and all was still ok to bring the car in - and we were told that there was no booking! So we wasted a whole month and now need to find a more reliable repairer. Avoid this place!
Another great job on an instrument panel replacement and install on my classic Valiant. Well priced, care taken with the car, and great follow up. Couldn’t recommend these guys more highly. Thanks, Team.
Great service. They did a great job, charged less than quoted. A week later I had an unrelated issue and they were so helpful to fix it too when they did not cause it. I'm a satisfied customer.
Dropped an Engel Smart Battery box in for an inverter replacement in November. Called in mid January to find nothing had been done but they were onto it. Called twice in early February to see how it was going and got fobbed off as Tech was away but “we’ll ring you back in 15 minutes for an update”. No phone calls back both times so ended up calling in to check how it was going and still nothing had been done after 2 plus months! Ended up taking the box home and replaced the inverter myself in 10 minutes.
Always helpful and great advice on best quality parts to keep my car running. Dave goes above and beyond for his customers and his attention to detail and pride in his work is what keeps me a loyal customer.
