Great friendly service and they do a safety check on all jobs. My local go to auto electrician.
Reception informed me they would call me after diagnostic to allow me to know what needs fixing and an estimate of cost. Thankfully they didn't start work on the expensive job but they did fix something I didn't really NEED fixed for the price they charged. Eating noodles for the next week. Fixed the problem but didn't follow what I was told. increadibly upsetting service for a concession card holder. Had a kill switch installed on my car and I couldn’t be happier :) the price was much cheaper than I expected and the service was really good. Everyone there is genuinely friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience really easy :0 Highly recommend :)
Had a terrible experience with these guys. Not related to their workmanship but how I was messed around. Called them and booked in a home visit. There was a two week delay which was fine. Then they called and said they couldn't come because of lack of resources and delayed another two weeks.. no issue with that. Then day before they are due to arrive, I called to confirm they would be coming and they say yes we will be there in the morning. Stayed home from work so I'd be here. I was visiting from Qld and urgently needed a windscreen wiper motor replaced. These guys squeezed me in and fixed it while I waited. Fast and efficient service. Highly recommend. Also overheard the head guy giving advice and instructions to the apprentice in respect of another job. Clear and friendly. I would gladly have my kid work there.
