What a fantastic business - I almost never feel motivated to write a Google review but Channel Auto Electrics deserve credit for their great approach to doing business. I went in with a question about a new alternator and they solved my problem on the spot. They were friendly and expert (beyond anything I could get from the internet or my own research). I would happily return to them for any Automotive Electrical work. I wish more businesses were like this.

Booked my Peugeot in 3.5 weeks ago for fault codes. We turned up and were told they don’t have any record. I showed them the call log and time on the phone. They said they didn’t have a tool and that we had to take it to Peugeot. This was fairly difficult to understand as our run of the mill mechanic had a tool that read and reset the fault codes. Very unprofessional service! We took our car in to have the faulty A/C unit examined. We were given a quote and told that they couldn't do the work for a month. We booked in the repair and a few days before the date we rang to check that the parts had been arrived and all was still ok to bring the car in - and we were told that there was no booking! So we wasted a whole month and now need to find a more reliable repairer. Avoid this place!
