Chanko has changed my life for the better. Dramatic perhaps, but so true. So much care is taken to ensure every meal is not only gut-friendly but gut-healing and gut-loving. For instance, his ragu sauce is made with tomatoes that have had the skin peeled and seeds taken out. That is real dedication and care.
