Terrible place. They just care about the money
At this point I’m leaving messages begging them to send me my records so I can start at another place. But even THAT courtesy they don’t give you.
Called for 3 weeks for a copy of my son's dental x-rays which under law I am entitled to. Noone returned my call at all. The next day, I called and left a message I was interested in braces and guess what? They called back for consultation. Very unprofessional and all they care about is money.
NO CARE!!!

Regarding the Brooklyn office: it used to be good. The reviews in the community were good. Over a year now, though, that has changed, along with the recommendations by patients: "stay away". It is near impossible to reach anyone by phone. You can try calling for days and weeks and there's an answering machine and you're prompted to leave a message. You never receive a return call.
