Whilst searching online for drapery stores, chanced upon Chang's for an inhome consultation. Lo and behold, one of his sons turned up and what an unbiased, honest and perfect advice he gave us taking into consideration the esthetics, our tastes, location, view and budget. I have rarely ever come across someone with so much integrity in business having no vested interests! We are now their customers for life and have no hesitation in recommending them to others
Chang's were recommended by friends of ours who had their blinds done, and they did not disappoint. We had blinds installed in the living room and one bedroom - The whole process was smooth, clear, and on schedule. There was a small mishap on the day of the installation but Will was quick to address it, which we really appreciated! Overall would definitely recommend, and likely to reach out again when we want to add blinds to other rooms.
Excellent. Don’t bother going anywhere else. Walked in, was given a general quote. Came to my house next day, measured, my sheers were done within a week and a half. Great service, good price, friendly people. Efficient. My sheers look great.
