Incredible customer service!!! Recently one of my blinds was broken clutch which was installed 13 years ago by Chang’s Drapery. I didn’t believe they have kept the broken part since quite old model. When I called, the owner is saying he was also not sure whether they have the part but asked me to visit their store. I lived in Thornhill and my daughter was around there and she visited the store. Went into Changs Drapery today for some advice on existing sheers that I inherited when I purchased a condo. William greeted me at the door with his lovely smile and professional mannerism. I explained my concern about my existing sheers. Knowing that I was not there at that moment to make a purchase William still went out of his way to help me solve my concerns.
