Incredible customer service!!! Recently one of my blinds was broken clutch which was installed 13 years ago by Chang’s Drapery. I didn’t believe they have kept the broken part since quite old model. When I called, the owner is saying he was also not sure whether they have the part but asked me to visit their store. I lived in Thornhill and my daughter was around there and she visited the store. The owner tried to find the part but failed. However he took out the part from the displayed blind in showroom. Without the part the... read more
